We’re advocating for quality, inclusive, and safe yoga trainings.

Successful yoga trainings require training documents. Training documents are training manuals, policies, group agreements, and graduation certificates.

While working at Yoga Alliance, Mary Ma witnessed many Registered Yoga School (RYS) applicants being declined because of incomplete training documents. This motivated her to start Brain Cradle, which provides yoga professionals with the training documents needed to successfully run a 200h, 300h, or 500h yoga training. Yoga professionals support community and Brain Cradle supports yoga professionals.
